Overall best experience ever! Kind, helpful, Product knowledge was on point on a/c plus knowledgeable about our water heater (which ended up being the issue ) even though wasn’t his or his company’s fix. Josh let us know the problem and pointed us in the right direction’. Most guys would have said not our problem now pay us hundreds and leave. Our price $0 plus the knowledge of actual problem and which “guy” to call! 3 experiences with this company and they never let us down!!!!highly recommend’!!!

Techs were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and mainly professional. Explained in detail the problem a part quit working, needed to be replaced. Not a cheap part. The great thing is they had it in hand. No need to order and wait for it to arrive. Thank you very much techs! .

Josh came out to diagnose the problems we were having with our AC. It wasn’t cooling off our home very fast. It took him no time to figure out what was wrong and fixed it and in no time we had cool air again. He was polite efficient and kind. Cody was also great helping me to trouble shoot the issue prior to Josh coming out. I give them 5 stars all the way. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks guys.

I had an excellent experience with Cody from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning ! He was very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. My air conditioner was having major issues, and I was worried it would cost a fortune to fix. Instead of pushing for an expensive replacement, he took the time to properly diagnose the problem and found a much more affordable solution. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but they also saved me a significant amount of money in the process. Cody explained everything clearly and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely looks out for your best interest, but this team definitely does. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repairs—you won’t be disappointed!

I highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone who needs a tune up on their system or an overhaul. Cody answered my call promptly and was able to offer an estimate over the phone before coming out to do a thorough walkthrough on my system. Even though I asked for a quote to replace my entire system, they went ahead and validated that it was, in fact, unrepairable. I appreciate their honesty and integrity.
