My experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning (owned by Cody Ferrel) was excellent. Cody was personally involved in the project that became a bit complicated, as he and the tech (Josh - who is excellent) suspected that there may be some arcing going on at the panel site. Once we determined where the electric issue was stemming from (capacitor), Cody and Josh proceeded with a thorough repair. Cody also went above and beyond to (a) secure the part needed and (b) work out pricing as the part which should have a 10+ year lifespan was under warranty. Overall, great experience and I highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Great job Cody and Josh!!
Techs were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and mainly professional. Explained in detail the problem a part quit working, needed to be replaced. Not a cheap part. The great thing is they had it in hand. No need to order and wait for it to arrive. Thank you very much techs! .
Always struggled with finding a good company and good technician with AC. Not anymore. Cody was very helpful during the initial intake and appt setup. Josh was amazing. Very friendly, did the job, pricing was fair and overall a great experience. Will definetely be calling Josh and one hour heating and AC for all our AC needs. Highly recommend.
