The technician was super friendly and professional, and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. On a Friday morning in the middle of the summer, I searched for someone that could make it out here not really thinking it would happen with this late of a notice. Spoke with the nice lady in the office and it was no problem getting someone out here not only today but before noon and they accommodated me so that I can get back to work. Jake the tech appeared at my door very professional in appearance and demeanor Knew what he had to do and got right to it. Didn’t mind me asking questions. He gave clear and easily understandable answers and explanations just like a trainer He installed the perfect thermostat for me. He was very knowledgeabble and a hard worker.
