Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Stand-By Appointment: This appointment is for overflow situations. This appointment will not have a specified time. You will receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 5. “Sean did an awesome job He was out the day after we first called to inspect the system, found a leak & called to make sure we got the best price for warrantied parts. It took 3 weeks for Lennox to ship the part but Sean was out the day after it arrived to install it. He was prompt & courteous and even put up with us kennelling our dogs in and off throughout the installation. Great guy. Highly recommend.”

“Trevor was the tech who came to look at my A/C and recommended for me to replace unit. I was out of state at the time and Trevor took the time to FaceTime me and show me the problems and explained everything in detail. We actually stayed on FaceTime over an hour to talk about every detail! Everything Trevor promised during the installation he delivered! New A/C was installed 2 days later on a Sunday. He also offered a portable while I waited for the installation. Upon arrival of installation it was Logan, who also was very pleasant and took time to show me everything I needed to know. He also took the time to show me the new thermostat and made sure I knew how to set everything up before he left. The entire process was made easy and everyone made sure to explain everything.My overall experience was beyond expectations 10/10. I HIGHLY recommend one hour air!! CALL THEM!! You WILL be happy! “Kaos showed up. He had a trainee with him and he was very knowledgeable. We have a maintenance plan and we've had multiple people here in that time and we've renewed it. He sent me pictures via text message of everything on the ductwork to show me and he's went above and beyond what the other technicians have done to satisfy me with everything. He spent a lot of time here and it was very good. Someone is not trying to rush through a job. He was very thorough. I would recommend asking for him to come back here or if you're going to have your your system checked out on a regular basis if you signed up for their maintenance plan. Everybody else that showed up was very professional but he went above and beyond to talk about anything he saw and he was the first one that showed me. What year are ducks were put in the attic so I compliment that highly recommended.”
