Fast courteous service.
The gentleman that came to my home were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They showed up at 9:00 Sharp! For electrostatic filter.
Quick, knowledgeable, and resolved a complex issue that wasn’t obvious from the start. Was able to avoid what could have been a more expensive issue.
Joseph and Josh installed a new furnace for me they did a wonderful job, they were awesome they answered all my questions and put me at ease😇
Joseph and Josh installed a new furnace and they exceeded my expectations by going the extra mile and answering all my questions and custom bending the exhaust pipe and cold air return to make it all fit, look nice and left no mess. I would recommend one hour heating to grandma and all my friends...Plus the price was very reasonable. Their manager even came by twice to check out the job while they installed it. Great work and great service with a smile...
Roger was an absolute dream to work with. He was punctual, accurate, very straightforward with what I needed, and very helpful to accommodate additional things. I would recommend him for any job heating or cooling. Alex, his helper was very respectfulal, showed up on time, and worked nonstop throughout the day.
Alex was punctual, kind and informative.
I have owned a mini split system for 5 years with multiple heads. I have had 4 different hvac techs out to work on it. They could never get it to work right. Jeffery with One Hour came out figured out the problem. Rewired the units and it has never worked better. They did a great job! I will be using them in the future. Highly Reccommend!!!
Wow! What exceptional customer service. From the moment they answered the phone I knew I had made the right choice. The representative I talked to was so friendly and knowledgeable and willing to work with my schedule. That of course was only the beginning. The technician who showed up was clean cut and dressed very neatly. Putting his shoe covers on first thing to protect my home. I told him it wasn’t necessary but he insisted. Instead of just jumping into the repair like previous companies I dealt with. He took the time to ask me several questions about what was currently happening and the history of my equipment. He then proceeded to explain the whole process of how the call would go. Once he was finished with the diagnostic, which was very thorough I might add. He then asked if it was ok to present a few different options. Educating me in detail on each option, but never trying to sell or lead me. It was very low pressure. Well I picked the right option for me and my system is working better than ever. 5 stars service start to finish, Great job guys,
Colin was great! Very knowledgeable and gave us peace of mind that the AC would be repaired. He was very professional and talked us through each step of process. He completed the job in a very timely manner and got us back on track. Thank you Colin and I would definitely recommend and use this company again if the need arises.
