“As a widow of a Disabled Marine Veteran, I have been overwhelmed with various tasks to handle, when My HVAC unit was acting up just ahead of a cold snap, I was terrified! Many companies do not service the remote area That I reside in. “Just had my winter service check done by Theo Green and he did an outstanding job. He was very polite and professional. Made sure to clean up after himself and made my furnace area as clean as it can get (it is an 07, so can't get too clean lol). But he made sure to make it look better than when he arrived and I really appreciate it. At the end of the service he made sure to go over everything that he did and the several problems that is wrong with my system. He made sure to go over the different options that were available to fix my furnace, along with the pricing. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received from Theo Green from Pass One Hour Heating & Air Conditioner and I would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services.”
