“Greg did an excellent job. He arrived rapidly even though it was 11pm. My new AC had turned off. I described the problem. He immediately knew what the problem was. Went to the attic and detected excess water which had accumulated. He rapidly vented the water. Very reasonable charge. I’ve owned homes in Fl so I know!
