One Hour was the only company that could send a technician out after hours and same day. Richie had been working job after job and got to us just before midnight. We had an idea the capacitor was shot and as soon as he opened the unit, it was confirmed. He was here all of maybe 15 minutes and we thank the good Lord he had a new capacitor and fixed our system. The only negative thing about this company so far is having to play "phone tag" with them because every number they call from shows "potential spam" and most people don't answer those type of calls.
