“I usually don’t leave reviews, however I feel this is a well deserved review! I had not heard of pass til my son had called them to come look at my air conditioner. I knew the old gal was past her prime 33 years to be exact! A rep came over never pressured us to buy a new unit spelled out what we figured was wrong and we decided to purchase a new unit and the duct spray. The first day the unit was installed. Day 2 we got the spray! The gentleman who sprayed went above and beyond to make sure (Collin Andrew), our experience was A plus. He even found things he felt needed replaced to help our efficiency and he replaced it at the company’s expense
I realize people say they are a little more expensive but for the honesty and professionalism of the crew it is well worth any small amount difference. I haven’t written a review in over 20 years! But I am well pleased and I believe it is deserved.”
