“One Hour was amazing from start to finish. First off, the communication was stellar. I made an appointment around 9:30pm and the office called me around 7:30am the next morning notifying me the tech was on the way. Long story short, we had to have a new furnace installed. Our tech Rob was very clear on the reasoning and explained in detail what was going on. The sales rep Troy was very helpful in choosing which furnace to go with. Both Rob and Troy were at our house on the same day and then the install team came the following morning to install the new furnace. I would recommend One Hour to anyone for their HVAC issues/concerns/maintenance.”

“Edited from a 1star review. We are back to a 5 star review! One hour stands by their products and they stand by their guarantees. Brian W. Up near Muncie Indiana is an absolute asset to this area. He has been out to my property 4 or 5 times now and is always clean, polite, professional and very informative. He must be the only boiler certified tech in our area because it's ALWAYS him who shows up. If you aren't sending mailers to this area advertising that you have a boiler proficient tech you should be. Brian truly knows his stuff. They don't make them like that any more. Keep him happy!!”
