“I found One Hour by searching for HVAC service in my area, and they had the best reviews. They literally had a guy stop by on his way home within a few hours of my initial call. He repaired our old unit applying the trip charge to the repair bill, and on my request scheduled an advisor to visit us the very next day. Our units were about 20 years old and needed replacing, so he explained all of the pricing options and the differences between each new unit. I found his answers to be both helpful and informative. We had received several quotes over the past several years from our old service company, and One Hour’s pricing, discounts and incentives seemed in line with those, so we decided to go ahead and replace both of our units. They gave us a significant discount for scheduling the install for the very next day. Jesus and Easton arrived on time, were very courteous and polite, and Jesus explained everything as he progressed through the entire job. He kept asking if I had any questions about anything, and he was happy to make sure that I understood. They completed all work in under 6 hours and left everything as it was prior to their visit. They use shoe covers, drop clothes and trash boxes to avoid any mess. Not only am I completely satisfied with our new units which are silent and keep our home at a very consistent temperature, and the warranties on them, I feel that I can rely upon and trust that One Hour service will treat us fair and most importantly in a very timely manner.”
