“Jose did an excellent job in repairing our AC. He had the knowledge to understand the issue and the experience to perform a quick repair. The defective component was on hand and the repair took less than an hour in total. He offered me a couple of options, and the cost was about what I expected. “ One Hour Heat and Air “ certainly lived up to their name. Very satisfied. The service call taker was also polite and efficient , and Dispatch kept us up to date on the arrival progress. Would definitely use them again.”

“The crew of three arrived on time, introduced themselves. Jesus explained what was going to happen and about how long an install typically takes to finish a furnace and AC install, asked if I had any questions. Jesus, Tyler and Josh went to work immediately. I have nothing but great things to say about how respectful they were to my home, how professional each of them were. They got finished in a really good time. They cleaned up everything. To be honest I couldn't tell they had even been here. Jesus explained what type of furnace and AC was installed. I was given the whole breakdown the day prior by Chad who came out for my estimate. His explanation was perfect so I already knew what was going to happen. I have been through 4 winters in this home and up until 2/27/26 my downstairs living space has never had heat, has never been warm. I am here to say that not only is my lower level warm it is actually hot. I am more than happy with my new system. The crew took good care of me. They all represented One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning very very well. Good job fellas! Now I can't wait to try out my new AC this summer!!!!”
