Very pleased with this company and our technician, Joshua. Scheduling was efficient and fast, they came out the same afternoon that I called. After I had another company come out that morning and tell us they could not fix my furnace dehumidifier, Joshua had it fixed in a short time after his arrival. Pricing was very fair. This is my new HVAC provider!
Needed my boiler repaired, called OneHour H & C. Alex was on time and did any excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

Andrew was excellent in his detailed review in quoting out a new heating/AC system for our home. He asked what I was looking for and we went room by room reviewing what was in each room. He confirmed that the current layout was very good and the system we had was the correct in its ratings. He prepared our quote as I had asked, no pressure with any additional ons or upsells as I was clear in what we were looking to do. He went over the quote with me line by line asking if I had any questions. Andrew was very polite and professional throughout the whole process. Can’t say enough good things about the dealings I have had with these two gentlemen along with the young lady I talked to on the phone. If you’re on the fence- call these guys.

Kelvin and champion did a phenomenal job at my residence repairing my air-conditioning unit. In the many years that I’ve lived here no technician have ever taken the time to explain the details of how to care for a unit and the importance of servicing a unit and the maintenance. I am having a issue with my HVAC system leaking and I had a technician from one hour heating I believe and they told me I had a slew of issue and would cost me over $5,500+ to fix everything. I refused to believe that so I called around and found John and I couldn’t be happier, not only did he come over and explain the issue to where I could understand and how it occurred he was respectful and friendly AND the fix DID NOT cost $5,500 to fix. Not even close. If anyone ever needs HVAC work done call John, I promise he will help you to the best of his ability! Him and his partner are great! Thank you again!
