“EDIT TO BELOW REVIEW: I was contacted by two managers (Frank and Rick), both of whom took accountability for the error and went above and beyond to make things right. They refunded me for my experience and provided excellent customer service. INITIAL REVIEW: They installed a brand new HVAC system in July 2023. It went out over the weekend. The technician quoted me $2,200 in labor fees for the repair, and I was charged an $89 service call fee. I subsequently got 2 other opinions and both told me the problem was misdiagnosed and the correct fix would be much cheaper. Another company did the repairs quickly and for a much more reasonable price. I called One Hour to ask if my service call fee can be refunded since they misdiagnosed the problem. They will not refund the service fee. I understand your techs need to be paid, but I paid $89 to get a wrong diagnosis (verified by 2 other companies).”

After determining that the problem was located in the compressor, it didn't take him long to pinpoint the problem as a leak caused by something the factory did when they installed the coil in the cabinet of the compressor.
