“Roy came over and went straight to business. He was very professional and friendly. The first interaction he was patient with me explaining the moving parts of my AC, didn’t push for me to simply buy an expensive part or a whole new unit as it was a simple fix he had done. When he came back to check up on my unit he complemented on how clean it was, as I made sure to take his advice on maintenance seriously. I highly recommend One Hour. They really care about their business and know with the Florida heat we, the customers, really appreciate having a working AC!”
