Priority scheduling on all appointments
Two annual maintenance visits
- Clean outdoor condenser unit
- Check all air filters
- Check refrigerant level
- Check airflow
- Check operation of thermostat and change batteries if needed
- Check all components of air handler and condenser and make sure all working within spec
- Check condensate drain line for blockage
- Up to two UV bulbs replacement (if due within 90 days, customer must purchase bulbs)

Gianni was great. Helped us out with diagnosing a problem, and we ended up electing to get a new unit as it was a long time coming anyway. He worked out some good deals for us that saved us a good bit of cash. Nice guy, too. It was a pleasure working with him. Ray and Billy did an excellent job on the installation. They solved some unforeseen problems caused by the original builder of the house, who had really screwed us over, but Ray and Billy put in the extra work to get us running properly. It was a whole lotta work, but they made it happen. Also just a pleasure to talk to. Real nice guys at this company.

The service technicians were fantastic and went above the expectations of just the a/c maintenance! Angel and associate cleared the inside lines and serviced the outside unit as well as removal of all the debris from around the A/C compressors outside our units (was not their responsibility) which the HOA should have been taking care of?! The service was excellent, price for the refrigerant was a bit pricey, overall these two technicians were top notch❣️
