Gianni was great. Helped us out with diagnosing a problem, and we ended up electing to get a new unit as it was a long time coming anyway. He worked out some good deals for us that saved us a good bit of cash. Nice guy, too. It was a pleasure working with him. Ray and Billy did an excellent job on the installation. They solved some unforeseen problems caused by the original builder of the house, who had really screwed us over, but Ray and Billy put in the extra work to get us running properly. It was a whole lotta work, but they made it happen. Also just a pleasure to talk to. Real nice guys at this company.

Gianni explained everything that needed to be done. He was very friendly. He gave me the price. Got my approval and went to work. As he did something he explained it. I would highly recommend new customers ask for Gianni.

Austin, a service technician, just left after inspecting my new unit, which was installed in November. He addressed every single one of my concerns and agreed that they were real issues that could be corrected with some fine-tuning of the installation. He also found something I had not noticed that could and should be fixed. He assured me that One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating would schedule another appointment with the installers to take care of these items. He also explained that both his visit and the follow-up visit would be covered under my warranty at no additional cost to me. Austin was professional, thorough, honest, and reassuring. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I am so relieved! I would give him 10 stars if I could. I will update this review after the next appointment and follow-up visit are completed.
