There have been 5 different techs come out. Noah was polite and thorough and easy to talk with. Please send Noah when our part comes in and please have him come install it. Justin was also doing his best and very polite. The system is still not fixed- this has been going on since March. We are hoping the issue/problem will be fixed by Monday the 8th. As we have company coming from out of state. We appreciate that the team is diligent about fixing the problem.
Noah was great. Very personable and knowledgeable and took the time to explain all to me. He stayed and actually spoke with my home warranty company to give all the information needed to setup repair. Definitely an asset for your company. Would recommend to anyone.
Called for an emergency on a Friday night. I was updated on arrival of tech who was on time. Justin went through my unit thoroughly and diagnosed a faulty breaker. Will be a returning customer as they’re punctual, thorough, and respectful.
