“Today was a Texas freeze and unfortunately my heater was not working, however, it all got fixed the same day with some amazing people. Miraya quickly assisted in scheduling me the same day to get the heater fixed, but also ensured the safety of the technician who she was sending as the roads were very iced. Pedro, the technician, arrived and diligently assessed the HVAC unit in the attic, all the thermostats, and the unit outside in the cold. I genuinely appreciated his persistence and patience in figuring out what was wrong with my system. I am glad that I was able to rely on this team in this bad freeze. Thank you all so much!”
