I called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Kyle when my AC suddenly stopped working in the middle of this Texas heat. The customer service team was super friendly and helpful right from the start. They told me they could have someone there within an hour, but to my surprise, Blake showed up in just 15 minutes! Blake was extremely professional and quick to jump in. He diagnosed the problem right away — our outside fan wasn’t spinning at all. He had the old part out, installed the new part, and fixed the wiring in no time. The entire repair was done in about 15 minutes. The timing was incredible because the sky was already starting to look like rain. Blake worked efficiently and got everything running perfectly before the weather hit. He left everything clean, explained what he did, and even gave me a few tips to help prevent future issues. I’m really impressed with how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. I want to Thank Jordan for his help with our AC that went out last night. He came over and assessed the situation, was very thorough and told us exactly what our options were. He was very helpful and wanted to do everything he could to make sure we got this AC back up and running. The office staff was very helpful and told us they would so what they could to help. One Hour was AMAZING! From the first call where I was greeted warmly and given so much information, to the service appt. where my AC unit issues were expertly diagnosed, explained to me and temporarily fixed until the next day where on-time, considerate and professional installation (they wore booties in my Home!!!) took place. We ended up having to get a whole new system which was an unplanned expense, and they gave me a GREAT deal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
