I called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Kyle when my AC suddenly stopped working in the middle of this Texas heat. The customer service team was super friendly and helpful right from the start. They told me they could have someone there within an hour, but to my surprise, Blake showed up in just 15 minutes! Blake was extremely professional and quick to jump in. He diagnosed the problem right away — our outside fan wasn’t spinning at all. He had the old part out, installed the new part, and fixed the wiring in no time. The entire repair was done in about 15 minutes. The timing was incredible because the sky was already starting to look like rain. Blake worked efficiently and got everything running perfectly before the weather hit. He left everything clean, explained what he did, and even gave me a few tips to help prevent future issues. I’m really impressed with how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. One Hour was AMAZING! From the first call where I was greeted warmly and given so much information, to the service appt. where my AC unit issues were expertly diagnosed, explained to me and temporarily fixed until the next day where on-time, considerate and professional installation (they wore booties in my Home!!!) took place. We ended up having to get a whole new system which was an unplanned expense, and they gave me a GREAT deal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Wow! This was the first time I've had to call to have my system repaired, and they were amazing. I was shocked by how quickly Blake was able to get to my home, and even more impressed with his professionalism and technical know-how. A part had failed and needed to be shipped from another location, but Blake was here the next morning and my AC is working perfectly now! I highly recommend them and will be using them again!
