Blake was extremely professional and quick to jump in. He diagnosed the problem right away — our outside fan wasn’t spinning at all. He had the old part out, installed the new part, and fixed the wiring in no time. The entire repair was done in about 15 minutes. The timing was incredible because the sky was already starting to look like rain. Blake worked efficiently and got everything running perfectly before the weather hit. He left everything clean, explained what he did, and even gave me a few tips to help prevent future issues. I’m really impressed with how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. “We used many different places for HVAC over the past 7 years. When comparing the "we can do it all places" to One Hour, the service we received was excellent. We had one part that had to be replaced and the price was exceptional. Other places gave us 3 different prices for Good Best and Superior which made it confusing and we always felt played. Jordan, our technician, was wonderful and completed the check-up in a timely manner. We are happy campers!”
