If we do not show up within that window, your service call fee is waived. 1. Express Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified one-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. “I returned home on Friday to descocer my air conditioner wasn’t working and it was 93 degrees in the house.i called several companies but One Hour was the only company that had a person available to answer my call. They offered to send someone out that night but because it was getting late I asked them to come the next day. They came out on a Saturday, first thing in the morning. They diagnosed my problems without causing undue concern. After discussing my options, I decided to replace my old system. I was impressed with the turn around time and that they did two quality assurance checks on the system. Their price was reasonable. They didn’t try to upsell me. My new system is much quieter and more energy efficient. The sales and service people answered all my questions and kept me informed at all steps during the process. I would definitely recommend them.”
