"The Technician was on time, diagnosed the problem, discussed it with me, showed me the exact problems then provided me with repair options. I selected one , he took and provided pictures of the repair , each step of the way. Finally, he discussed a plan to prevent the problem from reoccurring. He was excellent!"

"Moses, our technician, was courteous and efficient. He came to perform our biannual maintenance service. First thing inside my house, he told me I was overdue to have UV lights replaced in the unit I had had installed nearly 3 years ago. It was overdue by more than a year, so I agreed to the $539.10 discounted member price. He also gave me a new price on replacing my duct work, which I declined. He completed the inside work first, as I had another appointment for an hour after his arrival. I have always had good service from One Hour technicians, and Moises was no exception."
