Comfort Club Membership in Lakeland

Carlos did an excellent job!!! He was able to identify the issue fast. He has been very kind and professional answering all my questions and explaining every step of what he was doing and what we need to do to keep our ac running. After he had finished he cleaned up and organized everything. I greatly recommend this technician and this company. He also suggested we should have a membership for ac maintenance. I would appreciate greatly if he could do our ac maintenance.

Moez was a very knowledgeable and friendly technician that came to check on our unit today. He was more than willing to answer any and all questions with confidence and in a way I could understand. He was honest, clean, and efficient. He also upgraded our plan for us. Grateful for the service and hope to continue to run into technicians like himself in the future.

Chams was great! Replaced my old leaky evaporator coil. They just so happened to have one in stock. Easy to make an appointment, great communication through the process! Quality work, answered all my questions, and I ask way too many questions! Didn’t pressure me and laid out all the options.

Imed did a phenomenal job! He was courteous, kind, ans explained everything so well. He cleaned my entire unit after years of a previous owner not taking care of it, installed everything swiftly and perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone anywhere! Champion and Alicia also did a phenomenal job! They were honest, integral, and explained everything to me.

Joaquin was amazing. Came out and found the issue. Unfortunately the unit wasn't worth fixing but they were able to get me on schedule for a new unit for the next day. God bless one hour and Joaquin. Will be using one hour from now on.
