“Our AC just stopped working late in the afternoon on a Friday and I thought we were going to be stuck without AC for a day at the absolute minimum with temps in the upper 90's. I called four places with late Saturday was the best I could expect. I called One Hour and was told they could have someone over in about 90 minutes. Coby actually arrived in a little less than an hour. He was polite, professional, friendly and did an amazing job explaining everything that was wrong and pointing out some other things that we would probably have to deal with in the near future. There was no high pressure, he wasn't trying to sell me on things I didn't need and showed me what everything was, the specs on the items showing failure or fatigue, etc. I approved the proposed job and Coby was just as thorough in his repairs as he was in his explanations. He got our AC back up and running, did a complete diagnostic and was finished in under two hours. I can't recommend One Hour or Coby highly enough, they're truly outstanding.”
