“I contacted a different air-conditioning company that was recommended by a friend. They came out and said I needed a new $9,000 unit and they could install it in the morning. I wanted a second opinion. I called One Hour and they came out within a short time. It ended up being a float switch and a clogged drain. Very grateful for their honesty and integrity. “I first had another company come out two weeks ago for this same issue: AC was not cooling properly and my house was soooooo Hot 🥵. The other company that I called made me wait until 3pm before they could get to me. The guy they sent was younger and obviously inexperienced. He lied to me by telling me that I needed a new wet switch and quoted me $1200 to clean out the inside of my unit because there was some water condensation. However this person didn’t fix that problem that day. He simply replaced a fuse and charged me an outrageous price for his service. At that point I was just so happy to have AC that I didn’t really question much and had planned on calling One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning after Labor Day for a second quote. Anyway, it just so happened that all day Tuesday my AC ran but never cooled my house down below 78! My house and unit is only 4 years old. I called them first thing this morning at 7am and they had Mr. David Valdez to me by 8am! He worked diligently with my unit literally all day long helping me to defrost it, clean it, replaced the same 3amp fuse, cleaned out my drain line, cleaned out my outside unit, and ran a diagnostic after the defrost was complete to find that it needed an expansion valve replacement! He also informed me that my unit was likely still under manufacture warranty and helped me figure out how to get the parts that I needed free of charge! This may be the most honest and helpful person I’ve ever met and I can’t express how grateful I am to him and this company for their service and honesty to our community! All of this cost me $199! This is a yearly one time payment for them to come out twice a year to service my AC, clean it and check for clogs, leaks and any other issues as well as cleaning the outside unit to prevent any future problems. This is the kind of company that I want to do business with and everyone else should strive to meet their quality standards!!!
Oh and I forgot to mention that they’re GOOGLE CERTIFIED and BBB Accredited A+ rated!!! It really doesn’t get any better than that!!”
