Ross arrived on a very cold Saturday night to address a pipe issue. He came exactly when he said he would. While he didn't have the exact part needed to complete the repair, he assured us he would go to his warehouse and retrieve the needed supplies. He returned promptly and completed the repair. Ross was courteous, knowledgeable, neat, and gave a very fair price for the job he completed. We were very grateful to find someone so reliable to come out on the weekend, and would not hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone with heating or air conditioning needs.
