“Aaron Anderson came back out, after another tech completed a furnace service and our system unexpectedly lost power to the attic circuit. He quickly diagnosed that a wire had inadvertently shorted, restored power, and thoroughly tested both the heat and air conditioning before leaving to make sure everything was working properly.
Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the visit, especially given that we were not home when he arrived. We truly appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to address the issue on Christmas Eve. Excellent service and follow-through.”

“We recently had One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Lee’s Summit install a brand-new furnace and heat pump, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
Ethan and his install crew were fantastic. They were quick, efficient, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The install went smoothly, the job site was kept clean, and everything was explained clearly before they wrapped up.
I also want to call out Brett Wilson, the technician who helped us leading up to the install. Brett was extremely professional and thorough.
