“We arrived from a long drive to an 85 degree home in Kissimmee Florida. I was able to get an appointment the next morning. Joel came on time and did an initial assessment and discovered our 12 year old unit had a bad leak. He explained all of our options (no pressure) and we determimed a new unit was the best course of action.
