“The customer service we received from Crystal and Daniel was top notch. Crystal scheduled the diagnostic, and I received a call from Daniel shortly after to confirm the appt. Daniel arrived, slipped on his shoe covers and we discussed the issues. He wanted to look at the thermostat first to ensure it was operational. He asked about filters and ensured they were being placed. He then looked at the compressor. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly. He completed the work and waited around to ensure the repair was done right. He assessed the temperature from the register and was satisfied the system was operating to standard.
