With 10 years in the HVAC industry and three years of experience in duct cleaning, Dwayne Poole brings valuable hands-on experience to the One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating team. As both an installer and duct cleaner, he enjoys helping homeowners improve their indoor air quality and make their homes more comfortable.

Dwayne originally got into HVAC as a career to explore his options, and, over the years, he found something he genuinely enjoys about the work: making the air inside people's homes better. Through his work in duct cleaning, he helps homeowners improve their indoor environments and enjoy cleaner air.

Dwayne found his way to One Hour through his friend Cody, who introduced him to the team. Sometimes, the right opportunity comes through the people you know, and we're glad it brought Dwayne our way!

Outside of work, Dwayne is a big sports fan. Born and raised in Maryland, he cheers for the Baltimore Orioles and enjoys following sports in his free time. ⚾

Whether he's helping with an installation or working to improve a home's indoor air quality, Dwayne plays an important role in keeping our customers comfortable. We're happy to have him on the One Hour team! 👏
