With 23 years in the HVAC industry and 11 years with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating, Brian Johnson has seen quite a bit throughout his career. From working in the field to supporting an entire service team, he’s built his experience one call at a time.

Brian originally joined One Hour as a maintenance and service technician after working with the former Chilltrol One Hour division. He spent years working in the field before stepping into his current role as HVAC Service Manager, a position he has held for the past four years.

While Brian may spend more time in the office these days, he hasn’t left the field behind. One of his favorite parts of being a service manager is helping technicians when they run into a challenging call. Sometimes, that means working through a problem from the office and helping a technician figure out what’s going on. Other times, it means heading out to the job himself. He isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty when one of his technicians needs a little extra help. 🔧

Brian knows how helpful it can be to have someone to call when you’re stuck. Being able to share his experience with the team and help get a difficult call back on track is one of the things he enjoys most about his role.

When he’s not helping the service team, Brian likes to spend his time fishing, visiting the gun range, and following his favorite sports. He’s a football fan first and a baseball fan second. Most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Whether he’s helping from the office or stepping into the field alongside a technician, Brian is always ready to lend a hand. We’re glad to have him on the team! 👏
