“Everything went well very happy with the installment and the two guys that were robotic experts thank you you. Let me mention the two guys that done this Christian and Tarzan did a great job. These two need a raise. Complete tear out not to say anything bad about any of these guys at work but they also pulled out flowers heating and Air stuff from 13 years ago they left in my attic I would not prefer them to do any work for me again 1 hour HVAC is the people to contact.”

“Chris was very polite, professional and a great communicator. Every area he worked or passed through was spotless! He worked quietly and efficiently but took time to answer questions. He gave the best ever explanation of the benefits of duct cleaning and sealant. We absolutely knew we had issues, but his explanation of the likely improvement was very understandable. The Mrs and I will discuss this weekend. I’d be thrilled to have him back and would recommend him to others!”

“From Carlos the sales person to Chris the installer, great experience. I had a very small space for them to work and replace an almost 30 year old unit. The sales person came out on Monday and he and the installation manager worked hard to get me what I needed on the next day. I couldn't be more thrilled. Chris was great and straight forward. He knew what he could and could not do and let me know how everything was going through out the day. I had never used One Hour before and when you're spending any amount of money you want to be sure things are done properly. I've had my unit in for a week and didn't realize how hot it was in my home until I could cool it my desire temperature easily.”
