“Great great great experience with 1 Hour AC. Started with the women who answered the phones (I had to call 2x which was my fault). Both were extremely pleasant, excellent communicators.
I called at 7:30am and my tech, Deangelo, was here before 8:30am. What a very nice, competent young man. Did everything he said he was going to expediently. Didn’t try to hustle me into this or that. Diagnosed the problem, got a quote, fixed the problem and cool air started flowing.
I’ve had so many negative experiences trying out different providers, but 1HrAC just knocked it out of the park. I like this experience so much I signed a maintenance contract with them.
If your AC is out, I would recommend giving them a call. If you can get Deangelo, you’re definitely in good hands!”

“I simply could not have been more delighted with the OUTSTANDING customer service I experienced from my technician, Tim Strowd today! He started by arriving on time, put on his protective booties, without me asking; and from start to finish Tim was the consummate professional!
He explained everything he did in great detail, with photos, in a manner I could understand. I always appreciate when someone takes the time to speak in a language that helps you understand what they actually did. He made some great recommendations and I valued his clear and concise summary of the work.
We also joined the maintenance club which we see a great deal of value in for maximizing future HVAC needs. Going forward I will ALWAYS ask for Tim Strowd, as I really believe he cares deeply about the services he offers.

“My AC system wasn’t cooling so I called One Hour Heating & AC. They sent Johnny R. out this morning and he confirmed what I pretty much already suspected, it was done. My system is 22 years old so it was no real surprise. What did surprise me is the time and effort Johnny R spent making sure that was indeed the case. He didn’t just automatically say that I needed a new system, he checked everything. I was also surprised at how reasonable the price was, much lower than I expected. I was also shocked at how fast they could replace it, they will be here tomorrow.
