Update - The team reached out and immediately helped us out. Very impressed that they took my feedback seriously and worked on it. I appreciate the apology and their assistance. Felt like they truly cared. Appointment process was okay the first time, for follow up questions and quotes, I keep calling and emailing. The guys who came gave decent service but overall, would prefer someone who communicates better.

I highly recommend this company. We had them service our two gas fireplaces. One needed some minor repairs which they handled without issues. They were also VERY reasonable when it came to cost and their professionalism and customer service was amazing.
