“Our tech Brandon went above and beyond on the services provided today. It was supposed to be routine maintenance and it turned out to be another broken part that needed to be replaced. We seem to have bought a tremendous lemon when it comes to HVAC systems because every time they have to come out, something needs to be replaced.
