Jeff (Owner) and Roger (Ops manager) were amazing, they were very professional providing excellent service/workmanship right from their timely arrival to completing the service. One Hour are now my go to HVAC company and will highly recommend them to all my family and friends.
I have owned a mini split system for 5 years with multiple heads. I have had 4 different hvac techs out to work on it. They could never get it to work right. Jeffery with One Hour came out figured out the problem. Rewired the units and it has never worked better. They did a great job! I will be using them in the future. Highly Reccommend!!!
Andrew and Brad are trustworthy and dependable.. One hour will be no problem for them!
Wow! What exceptional customer service. From the moment they answered the phone I knew I had made the right choice. The representative I talked to was so friendly and knowledgeable and willing to work with my schedule. That of course was only the beginning. The technician who showed up was clean cut and dressed very neatly. Putting his shoe covers on first thing to protect my home. I told him it wasn’t necessary but he insisted. Instead of just jumping into the repair like previous companies I dealt with. He took the time to ask me several questions about what was currently happening and the history of my equipment. He then proceeded to explain the whole process of how the call would go. Once he was finished with the diagnostic, which was very thorough I might add. He then asked if it was ok to present a few different options. Educating me in detail on each option, but never trying to sell or lead me. It was very low pressure. Well I picked the right option for me and my system is working better than ever. 5 stars service start to finish, Great job guys,
The technicians who came out today were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were impressed that they outlined 4 options for us to consider, explaining each option in detail. We have found our new HVAC company! Thank you One Hour HVAC! We are happy you joined our community!
They are good people. Extremely professional and trustworthy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my HVAC needs.
Love this company! Manager and owner are both very friendly & professional. I won’t use any other hvac company!
Andrew is a great guy, he is always there when you need him.
Colin was great! Very knowledgeable and gave us peace of mind that the AC would be repaired. He was very professional and talked us through each step of process. He completed the job in a very timely manner and got us back on track. Thank you Colin and I would definitely recommend and use this company again if the need arises.
Could not have asked for better! They were able to get here right away! I worked with Alex who explained everything to me step by step! He even cleaned up after! Pricing was fair considering the cost of everything these days. Will definitely use again. I put their sticker right on my furnace so I know where number is!A+
