“Colin was excellent. He did a thorough job of inspecting my heating system. I have a maintenance contract where my air and heater is inspected twice a year. I paid $96.00 for a drain pan treatment. He also inspected my AC System and cleaned it. He did a very thorough job. Very pleased. I only paid for the drain pan system. He also inspected my return chase where the ac filter is and recommended I use different filter. Overall I was very pleased.”
