“I was very nervous about my furnace not giving heat as I procrastinated to call because of the cost. I called this company they sent a technician Chris out and he fixed the problem I signed up for a monthly fee and they come out once a year for servicing and didn’t pay anything out of pocket. Chris was amazing nice and very informative and walked me through everything. I am so happy and will high recommend to anyone . “We want to give a shout out to Tom S. from Medina! He came to our house on Thanksgiving Day when our furnace quit working. He was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. We needed a new control board that wasn’t available until the next day due to the holiday.
