Started off a little shaky with all parts not matching with install date and job. But Don welcomed my frustrations and listen to all my concerns. Having open dialogue and communication is key. Don made the necessary adjustments needed to keep a pretty demanding client like myself happy. Always make sure everybody begin with best foot forward in order to start on the right foot! 😁 Also, big shout out to my installer Joshua. Great and outstanding hard working individual. I would recommend asking and speaking to Don and having Joshua come put in your new Hvac system. Got a Daikin Fit system for upper part of hine and mitsubishi mini split for basement.
