“My heater recently went out and it was cold at night.I couldn't get anybody to come out until the following Monday.And it was thursday. I found One Hour Heating and air. And they were able to come out the next day. The name is a little misleading because they do not come out in an hour but I was lucky they could come out in a day. Everyone else could not come out until monday and later. And it was gonna be in the mid to low forties all weekend.
My appointment was monday morning between 8 and 12. Daniel called me around 10:00 and told me he was on his way front n. County and would be at my house in about 40 mln. Sure enough , he showed up right on time. He was very professional, put on Little booties. When he came in took a look around, then went outside. Got his ladder went up, took a look. Had his little camera. Then came down And showed me on his screen what was wrong with the heater and with the pictures and everything so I would understand it and explained everything to me. It was really interesting and informative.I had never seen a lot of the stuff up there before , because I'd never been in the attic. He did get the furnace going that day.But he said he wasn't sure how long it would run , because he had to order a couple parts and come back on monday to install the parts.
Unfortunately , the heater only ran a few hours that day and it was out the rest of the weekend. I had to wait until monday when they came back with the parts for it to work all the time. But now it's working fine! I would highly recommend them. They call you to remind you of the appointment they text you, they keep in touch, Etc,etc.”
