“I manage a few small shops… I have been struggling to find a reliable HVAC company to help me take care of the ACs for years, I have tried 6-7 different companies, they all disappeared me, until I come across One Hour Hearing & Air. They are super efficient, so far I already used them for 3 of the shops; even its a small business, our customers could be pretty aggressive if our AC are down, One Hour always save the day. The owner, Jeff, and technician, Kalani, were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my heating and AC maintenance and safety inspection. While they were here, I mentioned that my back tenant was having an issue with their tankless water heater even though it wasn’t part of the scheduled service, they went out of their way to take a look and fix the problem. That level of customer care really stood out.
