“I manage a few small shops… I have been struggling to find a reliable HVAC company to help me take care of the ACs for years, I have tried 6-7 different companies, they all disappeared me, until I come across One Hour Hearing & Air. They are super efficient, so far I already used them for 3 of the shops; even its a small business, our customers could be pretty aggressive if our AC are down, One Hour always save the day. The owner, Jeff, and technician, Kalani, were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my heating and AC maintenance and safety inspection. While they were here, I mentioned that my back tenant was having an issue with their tankless water heater even though it wasn’t part of the scheduled service, they went out of their way to take a look and fix the problem. That level of customer care really stood out. It was my first time using them, and I really appreciated how easy the scheduling process was and the automatic reminders letting me know when the technician would arrive. “Jeff and Kanali arrive on time and immediately presented as very personable and professional. I appreciated actually knowing a little about them both in a brief bio that accompanied the notification email that told me they were on their way and an ETA before arriving. The maintenance check was very thorough and efficient with my time and the guys took the time to explain things both technically and in laymen’s terms with full transparency as I was able to look on.
