I purchased my mobile home in Dec 2025 and at the last minute before escrow learned my HVAC system was ancient and not new as the listing stated. Since the old system was still working I was going with, when it dies I'll worry about it. Well last week it died. I tried to file a claim with home warranty but when it it wouldn't go through I knew I could not wait any longer. I googled emergency hvac and found Jeff from One Hour. The smell from the burning motor filled my home and I didn't feel safe. Jeff dropped everything and got here at 8:30 pm and confirmed. We went with a full replacement and I couldn't be happier. The owner, Jeff, and technician, Kalani, were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my heating and AC maintenance and safety inspection. While they were here, I mentioned that my back tenant was having an issue with their tankless water heater even though it wasn’t part of the scheduled service, they went out of their way to take a look and fix the problem. That level of customer care really stood out. It was my first time using them, and I really appreciated how easy the scheduling process was and the automatic reminders letting me know when the technician would arrive. Jeff and Kanali arrive on time and immediately presented as very personable and professional. I appreciated actually knowing a little about them both in a brief bio that accompanied the notification email that told me they were on their way and an ETA before arriving. The maintenance check was very thorough and efficient with my time and the guys took the time to explain things both technically and in laymen’s terms with full transparency as I was able to look on. Their passion gave me a lot of confidence in their capabilities and knowledge. Soon after the assessment I received a comprehensive summary noting the exact recommendations and an explanation of the level of need and the reason behind the recommendations. Because of their respect of my home and time coupled with their clear expertise genuineness and patience in their articulate explanations (super nice guys/good people), I am looking forward to having OHH back for the work recommended. Happy to say I now have a trusted HVAC company!

I needed an Ecobee thermostat installed, definitely beyond my skill level. Jeff answered my call immediately and offered to come out the same day or the next. He and Jose arrived on time and completed the installation quickly and professionally. I really appreciated their clear communication about arrival time, the use of shoe covers to keep my home clean, and the extra help walking me through the thermostat setup! If you need a thermostat installed or have any HVAC needs, I would highly recommend them!
