I purchased my mobile home in Dec 2025 and at the last minute before escrow learned my HVAC system was ancient and not new as the listing stated. Since the old system was still working I was going with, when it dies I'll worry about it. Well last week it died. I tried to file a claim with home warranty but when it it wouldn't go through I knew I could not wait any longer. I googled emergency hvac and found Jeff from One Hour. The smell from the burning motor filled my home and I didn't feel safe. Jeff dropped everything and got here at 8:30 pm and confirmed. We went with a full replacement and I couldn't be happier. I had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. The owner, Jeff, and technician, Kalani, were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my heating and AC maintenance and safety inspection. While they were here, I mentioned that my back tenant was having an issue with their tankless water heater even though it wasn’t part of the scheduled service, they went out of their way to take a look and fix the problem. That level of customer care really stood out. It was my first time using them, and I really appreciated how easy the scheduling process was and the automatic reminders letting me know when the technician would arrive. I highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service!

I needed an Ecobee thermostat installed, definitely beyond my skill level. Jeff answered my call immediately and offered to come out the same day or the next. He and Jose arrived on time and completed the installation quickly and professionally. I really appreciated their clear communication about arrival time, the use of shoe covers to keep my home clean, and the extra help walking me through the thermostat setup! If you need a thermostat installed or have any HVAC needs, I would highly recommend them!
