I made a desperate call at 2pm on a Friday for our AC that stopped working at the beginning of a CA heat wave, and Jeff answered the call and was here in literally an hour, true to the name. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and also recommended several preventive maintenance things I could do to help the longevity and efficiency of the AC unit, all while explaining what he was doing step by step. No BS, no trying to tell me I needed something I didn’t. Just honest, friendly, thorough and quick service. You can’t ask more than that. I highly recommend his independently owned company for any AC and heater needs. He wasn’t the first choice that popped up on google when I searched but my gut told me to call One hour heating and AC for whatever reason, and my instinct was right! I purchased my mobile home in Dec 2025 and at the last minute before escrow learned my HVAC system was ancient and not new as the listing stated. Since the old system was still working I was going with, when it dies I'll worry about it. Well last week it died. I tried to file a claim with home warranty but when it it wouldn't go through I knew I could not wait any longer. I googled emergency hvac and found Jeff from One Hour. The smell from the burning motor filled my home and I didn't feel safe. Jeff dropped everything and got here at 8:30 pm and confirmed. We went with a full replacement and I couldn't be happier. Jeff and his team were absolutely awesome. They came out and made sure everything regarding our HVAC system was running smooth and even replaced our air filter. Kalani was even kind enough to help replace one of our recessed lightbulbs that could only be reached with a super long ladder. They went above and beyond, couldn’t be more satisfied with their services (see photo!!!).
