“I initially had issues with my furnace and being 30+years decided to replace whole system. The estimate and Installation was so smooth! New furnace, new ac, and replaced the google nest with a simpler one which I prefer. We are up and running for rest of winter and for summer! I forgot the names of all 3 techs that came out to install but were very quick and great guys! also its comforting that if I have any other issues they said just to call and they will be out to help 😃”

“My AC was buzzing and not cooling - called AAA Northgate and set up a service appointment. Received a text message and a photo of Mitchell letting me know he was on his way. He was quick to diagnose, and repair. He was in and out of the house several times checking the thermostat and cooling temp at the furnace, but put on shoe protectors every time so he did not drag debris in the house. “Mitchell West was our technician. He arrived when he said that would be here. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our outside AC Unit, explained the problem and needed repairs to me. He also explained and showed me how to properly clean the outside unit which would help keep the unit running efficiently. Something that I will start doing every spring going forward. He was prompt, courteous, and very informative. It was a very good experience during the service call and even better when he was done as we had ice cold air flowing again in our house.
