Mike was great, did the duct cleaning work meticulously and was very informative and patient. The techs who did the estimate were very personable and professional. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is the internal communications were quite frustrating when trying to make a change. Prices were given fully and upfront. Although I did not compare to similar providers in the area, the pricing was markedly higher than I have paid for similar work in NY and NJ.
Juan did a complimentary annual checkup on my 2009 heat pump (which is literally falling apart). He did an excellent job explaining different options I had for replacing/repairing my unit. Due to the size of my house, any option I chose would be expensive, but I am confident that it will be much more efficient and cost effective than my current system. It was also nice working with Zach on financing. Chris and Daniel installed my new 3T unit and 4 mini split units. The worked diligently, long hours, dedication, and determination. My home is a 1995 triple-wide manufactured home, which caused a few unexpected issues. Those issues did not deter Chris and Daniel, they were just more determined to solve the issues. Both were very pleasant, polite, and respectful. I would definitely recommend Chris and Daniel, and One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating.
