"Bill was a pleasure to meet and communicate with. Quickly assessed the problem (condensation drain was clogged which filled up collection pan that triggered the water pan overflow safety shutdown. Showed me what to do to repair and maintenance I can perform to avoid this in the future. He also performed maintenance for summer optimal operation. He found that one capacitor was defective at less than 50% and the other was at 75%. I accepted his recommendation to replace both which he had in stock so I would not have to worry about the other needing replacement in a couple years. He cleaned both units and made good conversation in the meantime. I recommend this company as I called in the request for service in the late afternoon and was scheduled and delivered on time repairs the following morning."
