“We called One Hour on Friday and had a brand new furnace installed by Saturday afternoon!! We had been without heat for a few months and with the impending ice storm on the horizon, we needed our furnace fixed ASAP. Unfortunately a repair wasn't feasible. “A few days ago, my heating stopped working right at the beginning of the cold season. Robert and Miles from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning came to take a look and quickly diagnosed the issue, a faulty igniter.
Even though there was some delay and back-and-forth with the home appliance insurance company, Robert went ahead and replaced the igniter anyway, without waiting for the final approval, so that my family wouldn’t have to spend the night in the cold. I truly applaud his empathy and professionalism.

“Robert was an absolute champion! My partner and I tried to replace my Mom’s thermostat because she wanted to be able to control it with her phone. When we tried to do it ourselves, despite our experience, we weren’t able to get it to work. Robert was quick to respond to our outreach request, and was able to assess the situation via pictures that we shared. When he came out, he was able to identify several wiring mistakes and solved several problems that had been missed by home inspectors.
