“We had a mini split system installed on the middle/ main area of our home and I’m very pleased with how well it’s cooling the area. Robert suggested we go with a larger unit and I’m so glad we did. It’s literally keeping other areas of house cool as well. Everyone was very helpful and attentive during the entire process. After receiving a few quotes One hour heating and cooling was priced somewhere in the middle not too expensive and not too good to be true. I would recommend and use this company again.”

“I contacted One Hour and got the Owner Rob ! Huge plus when you get to speak to the owner directly. Rob came to my house, we went over what I was looking to get done. He made some suggestions that were better and more cost effective and set up date to get the work completed Rob, Miles, Eddie and Carlos were the most professional, knowledgeable people i have had the experience in dealing with. They 100% cared about their work and the product they were completing. . The work was tremendous and the pricing was Amazing! They replaced both of my furnaces, and complete central air units as well as a failing hot water heater If I could give the guys 10 stars I would! “Robert did a fantastic job replacing our furnace and AC system from start to finish. He walked us through the options honestly, including the tradeoffs between different equipment tiers, and never pushed us toward the most expensive choice. The installation itself was clean and the crew clearly took pride in the ductwork layout, not just the equipment swap. Robert also followed up to make sure everything was registered properly for warranty coverage. Would absolutely use One Hour again for any future HVAC work.”
