“First of all this is a true review. My tech was Josh and he came out and diagnosed the problem and said I needed a capacitor which he replaced and my unit was running at that time. Later that evening my AC had the same issue and Josh returned the next day. After a couple of hours of diagnostic in which I watched him the entire time he figured out the issue. He got me back up and running temporarily. I didn’t let them replace the motor due to it was replaced La couple of years ago by another company and I was going to have that company come out and replace it again. The main thing why I give this company a great review is JOSH!!! He worked vigorously to find out what the issue was and was determined to get my AC running. I highly recommend Josh. He’s a good guy.”
