This service has been excellent in maintaining our heating and air conditioning systems. They have consistently been responsive to our needs and proactive. The back office people are pleasant, polite and helpful, and they make it easy for us to keep on track with appropriate service visits. They also have relatively narrow (two hour) service windows so that instead of having to wait for half a day for the technician to arrive, most of your day remains free for you to use. They also have good emergency service availability. The technician who most recently has been doing our semi-annual service, Alex, is excellent: polite and personable, knowledgeable and thorough, efficient and interested. He fully addresses all of our questions and concerns and takes those extra steps that ensure the service meets our needs. I think this firm provides excellent value at a reasonable price.
