“Our air conditioner blew randomly today. Made calls to all the big names and was told it would be 2 days before anyone could come out. My husband is a heart patient and is greatly impacted by heat. There is a reason this place has great reviews. One call, and Jordan was not only empathetic but extremely professional and friendly(later found out he's the owner). Amazing customer service right from the start. He got a tech dispatched immediately! Within about an hour or so, Colbie made it onsite, diagnosed, and fixed our issue. He was very very professional and had a great demeanor (he also knows his stuff). Even our kittens took a liking to him. He stayed until after 10pm until everything was fixed and had a fantastic attitude even after spending 2 hours in a hot attic. Amazing service...excellent results. Would absolutely recommend!!! Should anything happen in the future, these guys will be my first call!”

“Late on a very hot Friday night, our roof mounted Heating and Cooling started blowing hot air, after a quick "Google" search we called two companies. Our choice was, One Hour H & AC, and we were not dissapointed. Early the next morning Ehren showed up with his van, and quickly went to work on our unit, 30 minutes later it was working great again. I had assumed it was the capacitor, known to burn out and our unit was 6 years old. It had failed, a few more minor repairs were made,and explained very well by Ehren. The repairs were made at a very modest cost, and then Ehren offerd a competativly priced annual service contract, which imeadiatly reduced the cost of our bill. By calling One Hour Heating and A/C, it was a win-win choice for us, now we feel cool again. We also got a bonus, its some peace of mind for the future, by having an expert keeping his eye on the machine on our roof! Thanks again , Ehren, you do great work, and we will see you again twice each year for our maintainance, we hope!”

“We have had many air-conditioning companies service our home and our rental units over the years, but ONE HOUR HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING -WEST VALLEY has been the best by far we have ever had. Our home A/C has been serviced separately by both Daphne and Cory. Both were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. They arrived on time, worked carefully, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. What really stood out was how thorough and respectful each one was. They did not try to upsell us or rush through the job like other companies have in the past. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. We are also working with the owner, Jordan and his wife Brittney to setup a long-term maintenance schedule for our rental units. We have tried for several years to set up a similar program with other companies, but it ended in being more work for us and ultimately easier just to handle it ourselves. Jordan worked out a schedule where his company will be handling every detail for us. We do not have to worry about our tenants or scheduling they will handle everything including emergencies if needed. Our air conditioner is working better than it ever has, and we finally feel confident that the job was done right. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing AC service. Absolutely the best experience we have ever had.”
