Our air conditioner blew randomly today. Made calls to all the big names and was told it would be 2 days before anyone could come out. My husband is a heart patient and is greatly impacted by heat. Amazing customer service right from the start. He got a tech dispatched immediately! Within about an hour or so, Colbie made it onsite, diagnosed, and fixed our issue. He was very very professional and had a great demeanor (he also knows his stuff). Even our kittens took a liking to him. He stayed until after 10pm until everything was fixed and had a fantastic attitude even after spending 2 hours in a hot attic. Amazing service...excellent results. Would absolutely recommend!!! Should anything happen in the future, these guys will be my first call!
