Daphne was extremely excellent. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. We had another company come in to replace our fan motor and unfortunately put the wrong motor in. Daphne done her best to fix their mistake but I needed to proceed with the other company to have them fix their mistake of the problem they caused. But I was totally impressed with Daphne. She was Great and such a sweet and caring person!! She didn’t even charge me a service call because of all troubles we were having with the other company. Which by the way the other company did fix their mistake the problem they caused and we now have air conditioning again. Thx God!!
